Разработка методики для расчета теплопередачи потолочных водяных капиллярных систем низко-температурного отопления

Целью работы является получение методики расчета теплопередачи водяной потолочной капиллярной низкотемпературной отопительной системы для обогрева помещений прямоугольной формы. В последнее время подобные системы получили широкое распространение из-за имеющихся у них преимуществ перед традиционными отопительными приборами: использование теплоносителя с низким температурным потенциалом, высокая скорость прогрева внутреннего воздуха, небольшой температурный градиент по высоте помещения, отсутствие ощущаемого движения воздушных масс и пылевых потоков, возможность работы в режиме охлаждения. Однако такие системы все еще недостаточно изучены, а конструктивные расчеты или расчеты тепло-гидравлических режимов ведутся по формулам, полученным эмпирическим путем. Соответственно, вычисления не всегда имеют высокую точность. В работе предложена методика расчета процесса теплопередачи от рассматриваемой низкотемпературной системы отопления, позволяющая с высокой точностью определить величину удельного теплового потока. Выявлено, что в рассматриваемой конфигурации системы, значительную долю теплопередачи составляет лучистое (инфракрасное) излучение, а конвективная составляющая при этом очень мала. Поэтому было очень важно максимально точно описать процесс лучистого теплообмена, который происходит в помещении с капиллярной системой отопления. Расчет лучистой составляющей теплообмена выполнялся в соответствии с теорией угловых коэффициентов. Для получения недостающих величин, а также для верификации результатов, полученных с помощью предлагаемой методики расчета, проводилось экспериментальное исследование капиллярной системы отопления. Результаты расчета по выбранной методике имели небольшое отклонение от результатов, полученных экспериментальным путем, которое не превысило 6 %.
